Rooms were immaculate! Remodeled smaller because the building it old part of Larne but that’s the quaint we were looking for. Convenient to ferry to get to Scotland. Breakfast was Awesome! Order the Soda Bread!! You won’t be disappointed…

Great breakfast
Cute B&B close to Larne Port. Rooms are bright and airy - we liked the rooms in front of building as windows opened. Modern bathrooms. Amazing breakfast - fresh fruit, juice, cereals, yoghurt, and large omelettes with variety of fillings. Carol was always checking in that we were comfortable and her staff were friendly and available too. Free Parking is available on the street in front of the guest house. About 500 meter walk to the beach, and a bit closer to Olderfleet Hotel.

Highly recommended B&b for exploring the area with a car. Rooms are lovely, beautifully clean, breakfast amazing. Friendly team. Don’t worry about the appearance of the local area, this is a great base to stay.

Seaview is a welcome oasis for weary travellers. Thanks to Caroll and her crew for making us welcome and comfortable. Cheers.

Good Value
Positives: Breakfast was great, property was clean, and service was great.
Negatives: No lift and our room was on the third floor. We were capable of hauling our luggage up the stairs, but others might not be able to. There is no air conditioning. On most days, I'm sure that doesn't matter, but it was very warm in the room at night.

The team were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious

Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable with a nice bathroom and a tower fan. Parking was available right out front. We enjoyed our breakfast with omelets, fresh strawberries and grapes, croissants, yogurts and cereals.

Lovely stay however property next door does make you look twice.
